Hoda Careers offers career and wellbeing coaching services aimed at assisting clients in professional development, career advancement, and related areas. The scope of services will be determined based on the client’s needs and the coach’s expertise.

2. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay the fees for services in full before the start of the coaching sessions.

3. Client Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property
Any materials, resources, or intellectual property provided by Hoda Careers during coaching sessions remain the property of Hoda Careers. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share such materials without prior consent.

6. Cancellation Policy
Clients must adhere to Hoda Careers’s cancellation policy, which may include fees for late cancellations or missed appointments. The Company reserves the right to modify the policy at its discretion.

7. Liability Disclaimer
Hoda Careers shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by clients during or as a result of coaching sessions. Clients engage the services of Hoda Careers at their own risk.

8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship upon written notice. Hoda Careers may terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms. Termination does not relieve Clients of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Toronto, Ontario, for Clients residing or accessing services in Ontario, Canada, and by the laws of Dubai, UAE, for Clients residing or accessing services in UAE.

10. Modification of Terms
Hoda Careers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of Hoda Careers’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Client Consent
By engaging the services of Hoda Careers, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
